1. Fang Yuan Kopitiam

Fang Yuan Kopitiam has been here in Johor for almost 60 years. It has a few branches and is famous for their coffee and toast. This branch has an indoor aircon which is most suitable for the hot weather in Johor. You can just grab a coffee and enjoy your breakfast or afternoon tea.

We ordered the famous coffee which is made from fried coffee beans. We can definitely taste the fragrance of coffee beans in it. Here comes the highlight of today, the Kaya Toast. The Kaya is not very sweet, but it taste pleasantly with coconut flavour. However, the portion may be too small in size and the amount of kaya is only a thin layer. To be more specific, we rate the Kaya Toast 6 out of 10. For the price of one cup of coffee and one slice of Kaya Toast, it cost only RM4.30 which is reasonable for a traditional breakfast.
