11. 80’s 90’s
Today’s recommendation is the Kaya Toast of 80’s 90’s. This kopitiam basically follows Pandai style. Pantai Remis is located in Perak, Malaysia.
During the 80’s 90’s, our grandparents usually will cook many delicious dishes and serve it on a yellowish bowl or plate with some rusty spots on it. Seeing the dishes being served on these bowls and plates, it reminds us of our childhood.
We ordered the Kaya Toast set which includes two soft-boiled eggs, one piece Kaya Toast and also one cup of hot/cold drinks of your choice. This breakfast is the perfect combination that we, Malaysians love the most. The toast was crispy and the kaya was also tasteful that goes well with the slightly melted butter. Dipping the Kaya Toast into the soft boiled egg was the most wonderful bite. If you would like to have a taste of the Pandai style, we'll recommend you to visit here!

Really a great experience dining in this kopitiam, as the tableware they use and the decoration of this kopitiam will bring the customer back to 80's 90's. I have visited this kopitiam several time, it is quite a nice place to have your breakfast, thanks for recommendation.
